Am told the form 10 was indeed filed mid June and according to the 60 day SEC rule, it would become "effective" mid-August... so that's what am waiting for/on...

Facebook and Twitter postings are as real as any other... and sanctioned by the SEC!

Know this is trying patience but not much can be done or said at this point; he waits, I wait... just relaying info and not here to convince anyone...
