He does seem to be digging himself a rather large hole right now, and giving the SEC a road-map to how he did it with the help of twitter and FB. Even though these are acceptable forms of PR's, and as long as the company has properly notified its shareholders that they are going to release PR's this way, the SEC is good with that. He just seems to Not be able to follow through, even though some think he has.
However, Webster dictionary defines "Rumors" as "talk or opinion widely disseminated with no discernible source", "a statement or report current without known authority for its truth". Translated, IF you don't have something solid to back it up with. You have to have verifiable information available, and as of yet, not much has, just a lot of postings. Nothing Solid, but if you know where we can all see the 2012/2013 Audited Financials and First half of the 2014 years earnings, I would love to see them, so that my faith can be reaffirmed!!
