Another $%^& dumping his shares on the open market to make a 400% profit from purchase. This is what happens when you sell private placements instead of Preferred stock.
Wouldn't you all agree that Baltia would be MUCH BETTER OFF if it sold stock that COULDN'T be traded in the open market until the stock hit a certain price or higher (such as .10+)? Lots of other companies do this, I'll never understand why Igor decided that private placement was an intelligent solution to fundraising over $100M.
