Thanks for sharing your DD with us JT.  That site should be sued and monies paid out to companies like IC Places and others for their actions or non-actions when it comes to false and misleading statements.  Anonymity shouldn't play a role when it comes to libel and slander - no matter if the person is CEO or not. 

That would be very good news for sites like I-Hangout.  We need places to discuss the direction of the company, not places to fight off worthless comments from bashers with no shares.
