CORAL SPRINGS, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/30/14 -- Union Dental Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UDHI) - http://www.uniondental.com/ir - a Company that operates and manages a network of dentists throughout the United States for union members and Drinkable Air a company that manufactures an Atmospheric Water Generator announced today the Joint Venture received a Letter of Notification stating that the Canadian Patent Office will grant the patent for a period of 20 years for the Green Ozonator purified water disinfector to be used in dental operatories. The actual granting of the patent now becomes a formality.
The filing was done on behalf of the Joint Venture established in 2012 between Union Dental and Drinkable Air. Union Dental owns 51% of the Joint Venture while DA holds the remaining 49%. The initial intended goal of both companies is to have the Green Ozonator mandated for use in all dental offices in the State of Florida and the Joint Venture has already begun the testing of the machine in order to publish these results.
