MyGo Games Holding Co. (OTCQB: MYGG) announces its name change, new trading symbol, expanded operations and development team, upcoming game launches and scheduled earnings call for the third calendar quarter of 2014.
As of July 28th, OBJE became MyGo Games Holding Co., reorganizing and executing a new brand strategy for a series of upcoming games under the GO franchise. In addition to the name change, MyGo Games unveils a new trading symbol (OTCQB: MYGG).
This signifies a major step forward as MYGG has moved strategically to enhance its executive management team with game industry leaders and seasoned technology experts. Working together, MYGG has launched its own creative studio with over 50 years combined experience in game design, development and publishing.
In addition, MYGG has made substantial capital investments in the number, quality and genre of distribution games to be released in the second half of 2014 and spring of 2015.
MYGG continues to increase its branded partner portfolio and, through its development partners, will launch “GO Volleyball Pro”, “GO Snowboarding Pro”, and “GO Duck Hunter Pro” in 3rd quarter 2014. MYGG, headquartered in Austin, TX, will also engage its newly staffed development and publishing team to create and launch “All Star Jam,” MYGG Studios’ first internally developed title.
“Jam” features popular all-star events in the Big-5 sports: Homerun Derby; Three Point, QB and Field Goal Contests; and the Penalty Shot Challenge with Hockey and Soccer. “All Star Jam” will follow MYGG’s partner branding strategy by allowing participants to compete in real time against other players worldwide to win real prizes from well-known sporting and apparel brands.
To highlight these exciting events, MYGG will hold its first earnings call for the results from the GO Hunting series and its other current releases in the third calendar quarter of 2014.
