I would think the ticker would change before they issue the certs. I won't
bother getting my dividend until the ticker is changed because if it is changed
and you are issued a cert, you will have to send it back and pay another fee
to have it updated/changed.
My guess is if the ticker isn't changed, the T/A will take your "order" and then
wait for the ticker to be approved before sending out certs.
I don't think they will tell anyone the ticker since FINRA most likely won't
release that or a CUSIP until they tell the lead market maker the ticker, in
which case we'd know the day before.
