Pro: Good question. What they couldn't have known before March 11, 2013, the day they took their scheme public, is that Mary Jo White would be appointed as new Chair of SEC in April 2013. Plain common sense could rather easily predict that it was only a matter of time before their (the IEquity/SKTO/AEGY perps) number was up.

The personal survival instinct is one of the strongest impulses of all. Fight or flight is a response to danger. The perps are attempting to continue in Canada what has been a very lucrative cash-cow scheme for them, but they can't escape the law and the damage they've done to so many investors.
