was the correct address-so should forward even in absence of new website address.

Part of the problem in communications from CWRN at the present time is counsel advice during negotiations, as Shirley has indicated. Counsel and negotiators tend to be overly cautious re those things but from experience- theirs and mine--

there is good reason for caution-as we see in the example of a wrongfully applied ce due to shorters fraudulently telling otc that there had been a newsletter promo at the time jan 2011 because they were being killed by the rapidly rising pps-when there was none anywhere near that time- otc didnt do a real investigation and their profit conflict of interest inveighs against doing so-so they just looked at charts and assumed there had been a newsletter promo-so we are left holding the bag dealing w that fraudulent shout fire to this day.

So based on experiences like that alone CWRN wouldnt want to violate counsels advice.
Negotiators also like to guard against disruptions for good reason. E.g I was negotiating an acquisition of a couple hundred acres or so for a corp-which had a current independent appraisal and was willing to pay the appraisal price-which was 100 times more than sellers paid for land several decades earlier -so plenty of profit for seller-but as usual sellers wanted several times appraised price and were very temperamental explosive people-so it called for a lot of patience.

Negotiators attempt to implement a strategy involving a lot of work and dont want negotiations sidetracked or destroyed due to a loose comment.
E.g., A public official who always jealously opposed everything the corp did falsely told sellers he had an appraisal for a much higher price than the corp's independent appraisal- people only hear what they want to hear and reject everything else-despite the everything goes pagan philosophy they are not open minded at all-so the sellers glammed on to the public officials fraudulent statement-and I had to spend another year or more convincing sellers there was no such appraisal -getting a statement from the officials own dept that there was no such appraisal-  but they didnt want to believe it-once people get visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads they dont want to let go-but I just kept calm and continued and a couple years later the transaction was done -though due to the 2 year delay caused by the officials fraudulent shout cry prices had gone up and we had to have a new appraisal and ended up paying a lot more.

So this is why negotiators can be overly cautious and want to prevent loose lips- and when we are dealing w a sec negotiation-difficult sparring partners-the negotiating caution is amplified.
As far as continued manipulation by the puppetmaster and murphys law by various entities -resulting in the depressed pps-I spent a lot of time giving the appropriate people group an opportunity to come into agreement w me for an approach that would stop that manipulation-an approach which I had had 100% success before-and yet not one person was willing to simply come into agreement w me even on a pretend level-something that would not have cost them one cent-as always I did all the work-and something they would benefit from in their own personal lives etc-

and so here we sit at the mercy of those manipulations still. itmd and others had said way back in 2010 that the then months long manipulation by  etrades mm was unprecedented-and finra "short volume" on cwrn was consistently 65-95 % at the time for months-which 7-10-11 et al says means a hedge fund or some other entity had a large naked short position.

CWRN has experienced unprecedented manipulations and thus we sit w the most undervalued pps anybody has been able to find-its a war -but if one side in a war doesnt even recognize the war exists-let alone be willing to fight or have any weapons and learn how to defeat the enemy (even on a simple level I have posted the other boards rules-yet most longs continue in ignorance of those rules)-if you dont  even recognize the rules or tactics or reasons you will be defeated every time because the adversary is controlled by the puppetmaster and has nothing else to do and many are paid-

-and despite abundant daily proof most continue like sgt schultz ("I see nothing-I hear nothing") so the side that refuses to even acknowledge the war will of course lose the war EVERY TIME by default-and thats what we have been seeing in CWRN stock and the penny market and the larger market and society in general because good people wont fight the war or game -they dont even know where the ballpark is,so they either refuse to recognize the war or are unwilling to pay the price to fight the war or even learn the rules.
