well anyone who has followed the saga for more than a few ..
knows that the ceo of a targeted co. (Naz) has been vindicated
based on what has been both publicly and then inadvertently revealed
just a reminder how the talking points of the CON side of the crew
have *flat out changed* over the past few years .. specific to this *topic*
watch to see how *talking points* evolve with the next round of filings out of mgmt
my expectation is we see the following (among others)
Qs' filed (1 and 2)
8ks' filed specific to settlement/s
8k filed re: co. noted via update on 7.1.14
first asset sale
3rd Q filed
BoD seated
change out of mgmt
4kids
