I'm not looking for spying. I'm looking for somebody local

I'm not looking for spying. I'm looking for somebody local who drives by the facility frequently to give, say, weekly updates about the amount of activity that could be seen.

As the company moves towards CFP, the activity should increase proportionately.  It should be very busy on a daily basis.
