I have been quietly accumulating at current prices in an account that didn't have BCAP shares. I strongly feel $BCAP is at a bottom and that this is an opportune time to increase my holdings.

I called the last bottom accurately and I feel that with time running out in the current trading year, the current bottom won't be around for much longer. As each day passes the percentage chance of huge material news increases. Many companies stop reporting news in the last two weeks of December so there are effectively only 24.5 trading days to receive news.

So far 1.03B shares have traded at $0.0006 or higher since October 10, 2012.
