Damn ARCA. Single-handedly controlling every little movement of the price. They short, drop it to where they want, then cover by buying tens of millions of shares. These shady, sorry bast@rds!
I've traded penny stocks for quite a few years, and what I've seen from ARCA in the past couple of days surpasses anything I've ever seen from a single MM in a penny stock.
