is the *presumption* that one who bought a year ago (pps then)
hasn't DCA'd any JBII markers >> since then
that is why i noted about those i interact with
one of whom i'm (nicely) envious of >> started ratcheting up
his buys of JBII markers >> after RH's install
his CB on over 600k in *markers* is 20c
