has slithered away to focus on other *stox*
that said kudos for discussing something that happened this year (2014)
my take re: prox is that with fiscals operating on a shoe string
it was cheaper to shut down for a few
but then imo potential buyers' feed stock was successfully tested
from Aug thru Dec 2013
all it takes is one to convert .. my expectation is 2
