It's clear from McHerny's past failures to contain false statements/Tweets about DUTV that he has littel to no control over DUTV's public image. That being said, IF he is in negotiations with IP players of any size, he will have little to no control over their PR either.

I still believe that if DUTV partners with a Telecom/IP conglomerate we will know about way before DUTV puts out a PR. We will see it reflected in t PPS. If the technology is serous enough to bring in such partners they will also start grabbing blocks of shares before news hits the streets.

Anyone watching DUTV will see PPS action before DUTV outs out any PR. In fact I'd go so far as to say that any big player will tell DUTV to restrain any announcement until they are able to set their buy orders in place to grab as many available shares pre-run.

As we all can see the PPS is pretty much in the toilet and there is no demand for shares yet, so I don't believe any deals have been made yet.

DUTV my be posting revenues from TORQ but we still are unclear as to exactly where in the IP market DUTV is generating those revenues. You say its buinsess Voice over IP but DUTV has not yet confirmed that, so even that is uncertain.

So I think seeinig anything from DUTV this week is pretty much a pipe-dream, but i's good to dream, especially if you're holding shares of DUTV.
