That's a lot of lawsuits! I didn't even realize there were that many.
Not to mention other companies which had a falling out with JBI and Mr. Bordynuik for various reasons. Madison County (JBI's breach of contract), Crayola, RockTenn, various P2O "joint ventures, etc.... Numerous CEO's. Numerous audit firms, etc....
And the Faithful and Patient believe all of those events are the result of collusion trying to drive poor ol' Mr. Bordynuik out of business. For whatever reason Mr. Bordynuik doesn't fire up the processors to show everyone how profitable his magic catalyst is either. Maybe he's just so depressed at all the collusion so he's crying into a pile of the millions of dollars he got by lying to investors about everything from media credits to $10/bbl crude oil. It must be everyone else who is crooked because a liar promising a revolutionary technique to process garbage into 90% gross margins can't possibly be dishonest in the eyes of the Faithful and Patient who 'invested'.
...or maybe the "collusion" excuse is a result of delusion.
