since the YOY percentages became a focus of the tard

i've occasionally noted the YOY % along with *volume* avgs
i actually utilize the volume avgs >> rather regularly for other reasons
i also noted that the original settlement details re: *tools* utilized (class period)
and observed the use of the 90 day avgs .. which if this round comes
to fruition
makes it even more *noteworthy* currently vs >> NOISE about comments from 2009
