what brad is doing re the fert is 1 of the great mysteries in the absence of communication- expected resolution of tx would begin to thaw communication freeze- though as mentioned he may wait til any up to 30 day appeal period ends-
and in his somewhat mysterious answer-who is he addressing? (as sunny picked up on) to luckys email he possibly makes it sound like he's invested in the CA case also- either expects a piece of the CA pie or he is a shareholder from that era also- didnt think he was , who would benefit from any CA shareholder award,as lucky's question revolved around stockholders
