Burke and Mayor busted by Nanton? lol Many thanks to a diligent researcher for this data uncovering a serious breach of fiduciary ethics.
Background: John Burke is a key player in SKTO/AEGY. Listed as SK3 "Consultant" in FY2013 on OTCM. Burke is AEGY principal account officer. Artemus Mayor, the mouthpiece, has neither accounting credentials nor accounting experience per linkedin. Burke holds a Masters in accounting; he signs AEGY fins. Burke is so proud of his roles and accomplishments at SKTO and AEGY that he doesn't mention either firm on his linkedin page.
1) Every Basic Pink Disclosure, a key OTC filing, must be certified and signed by the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the issuer (firm).
2) The said disclosure asks for the name(s) of: "Other Advisor: Any other advisor(s) that assisted, advised, prepared or provided information with respect to this disclosure statement."
3) In Q1 2013 Basic Pink Disclosure certified and signed by Art Mayor (05/31/2013), John Burke is disclosed under the "Other Advisor" request. See image1.
4) However, in the later SK3 FY 2013 Basic Pink Disclosure (04/15/2014), Mayor answers "NONE" under the identical disclosure request. See image2.
5) Mayor's answer is flatly contradicted by attorney Greg Nanton in his letter of 05/01/2014 to OTC Markets certifying said SK3 FY 2013 Basic Pink Disclosure.
6) Nanton states in that letter: "The persons responsible for preparing the financial statements in the disclosure by the issuer are Artemus Mayor and John Burke who are qualified to prepare such statements by virtue of professional experience and education." See image3.
