Most likely their server is just down.
A small startup like this probably doesn't get a lot of traffic to begin with, so the maintenance window for their site is likely Saturday evening through Sunday and back up by Monday am. Probably not paying for any kind of big support for it either. My optimistic opinion is that it was brought down for maintenance and not properly brought back up or it crashed and no one has noticed or cares to bring it back up. My pessimistic opinion is that not paying for support, it crashed and they cannot get someone to bring it back up for a couple million of their so far worthless shares of stock or they flat out shut it down or let it expire.
Call this Theresa gal and let her know the site is down. Of course with all the social media sites they setup to implement the speedy communication they told us about, you'd think they just pop out a Twitter msg saying to our "customers", sorry, we're having server problems. Site will be back up soon. But, then again that would be the responsible, grown-up business way of doing things.
