Yep I guess your right, can't sell if there isn't a buyer. At this point we are all in the same boat so hopefully something good is coming. With that said, I am always prepared for the worst. Can't go anywhere but up from where we presently are. Hopefully JB will get a hold of Teresa sometime today and she will be able to explain the website outage.
