what seems to elude
is P2O can be tweaked .. depending on feed stock source
ie >> up or down
the game changer >> pertains to potential buyers' feed stock
being successfully tested
my take is is buyers' (plural) feed stock were successfully tested >> from August to Dec 2013
all it takes is one to start with
i expect investors actually get 2
and all the bait dropped for fishing expeditions doesn't change
