Yea, true, though as I have always said, in the PK

Yea, true, though as I have always said, in the PK market any PPS can be printed at any time. Using enough capital to short and dump on whatever bids are out there (during times of thin bid support especially), all of the buy support could be wiped out at any time, and the stock could trade down to 0.0001 at any given moment during the trading session on any day. But it also works the other way as well, at any time a large investor or a couple of big whales could come in and begin just buying up every share at every price and whatever puny asks remain in sub penny could get gobbled up quickly and we could see multi penny prices rather quickly in the stock. Obviously, with such a large float at about 1B shares, the odds of seeing the stock making such volatile substantial moves is unlikely unless at least a fourth of the float is trading, 200M to 250M. IMO
I can no longer give short term or even medium term price predictions in these PK stocks because they are very thinly traded and volatile, there is no telling which way it could go at any time. I tend to think that the higher the volume the more the PPS moves matter and the more the technicals matter but then again typically there is more volume during sell offs and also there is more volume on fundamental events (big news, filings, etc) or else on specific technical events; I am guessing we can now kiss that upcoming golden cross goodbye which seemed so assured. I think the delays and over promising and under-delivering with the 10K, inventory, sales and the constant dilution are really beginning to catch up with the company and the stock now. Flippers, MMs and traders will exacerbate the moves but even long term loyal shareholders are starting to have concerns because of the talk and no action on the corp side. Cheryl is all action! She is really pushing the CannaCig out in the real world and giving RFMK major exposure and possibilities for business development and that is great for shareholders, but as for the corp management side of things, shareholders must have basic transparency or else we just look at a PK stock as a very risky investment with nothing to go on except PRs and promises. Sad but true. I think filing the tough Q3 today was a very good step in the right direction. At least we got that filing, which was needed, even though the only real news we got from it was that the second part Ironridge investment looks to be another share purchase agreement (dilutive) and a 600% increase in sales, which is excellent work by the CEO, however put it into context, we are only talking about $25k revenues here which is chump change and very dissapointing for shareholders. We want to see millions in revenue, but of course we know that takes time. The PR was fluff talking about possible business developments which may come soon and we already knew about the 20k units coming for next month. I did however like the update on what we can expect for the 10K filing and that it will cover many many quarters for the company. Once I saw that update to shareholders (not really a PR) I was much more satisfied and calm. The CEO took on a gigantic task in going back so far and really doing the tough work of getting fully reporting. Now, we just need to actually SEE it and I think the PPS could easily and quickly recover. Many of the bashers do not even think that the CEO will ever submit the 10K, they think its all a scam and I think that is just ridiculously silly. The only issue I think we shareholders have right now is the over promising and under delivering which is typical for most PK start ups, so nothing to freak out about but I can understand long term loyal shareholders feeling a bit frustrated at this point. Another poster made a very good point recently which I think is true, it was stated that possibly some of the great corp developments we are not yet being made aware of are suggested by way of the 10K so perhaps there is a plan to PR the developments and release the 10K (once its ready) in due time and in sequence so that investors can digest it and those on the sidelines have a chance to get in over time rather than having the stock sky rocket in one move up huge in the first minute of trading. I happen to believe that the more gradual and smooth is the move over time, the better for long term shareholders. Unfortunately for me I cannot even take advantage of these prices to continue accumulation because as a disciplined investor I just cannot continue to buy shares in a stock where even though I love the story, there is no real transparency without audited financials and a 10K. Just my opinions.
