These kinds of stocks can be some very slow movers but, overall, will give the average investor his/her best chance for financial gains. And when they do move, they can really boom and the pps is subject to staying high. A good example would be Oxford Bank OXBC. This little financial institution went from .10 to over 12.00 before settling in at around 9.00 The OS for this bank is just over a million shares. I missed that one. Damn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
