Again for the 100th time we have had a lot of inventory to go thru for the necessary sins of the past (39 notes written) and thats what you are seeing here in my opinion. Cash flow positive is a very important part of the story without question. Will it make the stock jump 100% overnight???? Highly unlikely. However, it will set the stage for a different type of investor to potentially step in realizing what we have here. Its an important criteria to be met. So when it comes I do not expect it to go from .10 to .20 as it will take time to integrate into the system but will look far more appealing to certain types.
Kudos to management finding this amazing stream of revenue. IT HAS BEEN ONE HELL OF A TURN AROUND STORY AND MANAGEMENT DESERVES ALL THE CREDIT FOR RECOGNIZING THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY. I am Glad Bob called an audible at the line of scrimmage and went to compounding! He is now able to leverage off compounding and build out his business. There is no reason for management to be consumed with the day to day price movements. It will come in due time keep focusing on the business and I believe we will earn .04 to .06 cents in eps next year in my opinion. Those figures are probably not that far off if we sustain these #s we are doing with compounding.
What do you have doubts about????? That we were a complete zero of a company 6 months ago and now we are on a run rate of 36M?????? I guess we were better off with no compounding.
