I flagged his post #94600 for TOU violations becau

I flagged his post #94600 for TOU violations because he misquotes.  This is clearly not allowed according to their TOU, but the post is still there.  I also mentioned in a reply he should be sued for libel and misquoting in an attempt to create a false perception of the company and my post was removed.  His post is still there.  

I messaged the admin today regarding a PM I received from MVP that was personally threatening and attempted to get me to sell my shares.  The admin said they do not condone any threatening behavior, but their official position is his statement was metaphorically speaking.  I will see what the SEC can do for me as I have all the messages in screenshot form.  I give up posting there, it is such a waste and it is clear the ihub admins have a stake in what is going one.
