Well IMHO 10K will reveal that. All investors know 10K is where that info is usually put. Who cares if it's signed or not. That just shows you how crooked OTC is IMHO. As long as you pay them there strong arm money they will publish shit on a stick and make these small companies dilute to pay there fees at our expense!
