Since you are so far behind in any GESI info...let me share with you exactly what I remember pertaining to that "raised capital"....
I was told there needed to be exactly $200,000 raised in a very short time frame to put into escrow so Jason Watson could secure the $50,000,000 in funding for GESI to build a waste to energy facility in Alberta. I was also told once that $200,000 was raised it would be held in escrow for one year...or until Gordon received a building permit to build a waste to energy facility in Alberta. Once the permit was secured Jason would provide funding in "steps" as the building process was completed and as each "step" was completed a new "traunch" or "block" of money would be provided for the next step. I was also told that at the end of one year each ppm investor would have a choice of either receiving a full refund plus 5%....OR....either choose to receive free trading shares purchased at .005.
First off...$200,000 was not raised as what was said HAD to be raised or the deal was off.....it was actually just under $186,000....so hmmmmm...
Second...that money was never held in escrow anywhere I could ever verify...
Third...A cert was issued for shares at .005 to each ppm investor....whether Class A..or..free trading is still in debate today...
Fourth...NO OFFER of a full refund with 5% was ever made to anyone...one ppm investor did tell me and others he was offered a full refund...with no 5%...and refused it for his own reasons...
Fifth....TO DATE...NO ONE actually knows where that $186,000 actually went and who actually ended up with it....I have been told a couple of stories....one story was for expenses...lmao...what expenses....another story was....it was Jason Watson's fee for securing the financing...bs too imo....so what actually happened to the $186,000 is still a mystery..until verifiable facts are presented to PROVE what actually happened...
Sixth...what do PPM Investors actually own??? Class A shares as a couple state....Free Trading shares....as the majority believe they purchased for resale after a year.....what do folks own??? Hell if I know....but I do know the difference between Class A and free trading....I posted the definition for those who may have been misinformed so they all could know....
Now I know alot more about the story and the aftermath...and the follow up attempts by some too...we will cross that bridge when we get there.....were talking funds...escrow monies...and PPM certs now...
