That makes absolutely no sense. The success of the RFMK PPS is paramount to their funding deal.
Look carefully at Q3. There are so many positives offering the transparency everyone has been clamoring for. I believe Tom is setting the stage for the 10k by offering a reality check to those who have questioned him from the getgo. Seriously, look at the Q3 in DETAIL. Most of the negative posters can't even read financials properly.
