My source just comfirmed that HC has never stepped foot on either location. There has been rumores of them being spotted on site and may have been rejected because it's taking so long. But those rumors are false.
Both sights are completely ready for a HC inspection and there are no indications that Managment is worried they will not pass it.
I'll report here with any new updates. Sorry I been gone awile.
