Andiamo Corporation (PINKSHEETS: ANDI) has entered into a licensing agreement with Mephisto Metamorphics, Inc. This agreement will allow ANDI to create and market Apps with content provided by Mephisto. www.mephisto-subliminal.com

Mephisto has been very successful in creating subliminal self-help products for over 30 years selling over 1 million copies. We feel that delivering this content via Apps is a natural progression. These Apps will be delivered across both Apple and Android platforms. Apps will include in App purchases, which will allow the subliminal content to be played over existing music from the users phone for maximum enjoyment and usage. Additionally, push notification will be used so that as new subliminal subjects are deployed, existing users can be notified for increased sales.
