In addition, no, I do not have to admit to anything in the referenced article. Why? Because I have not and will not waste my time reading it. This is because I have done my due diligence, I understand corporate finance and know how to utilize technical analysis.
I do believe negative and/or slanderous articles can have a very short term impact on PPS (which incidentally, could have been the writers objective). This is nothing new as we have seen it over and over. The irony is that sometimes negative articles create very short term buying opportunities which longs are generally willing to use for accumulation purposes.. Of course, in a court of law a company may argue for a monetary loss which could be detrimental should a judgement result against the article writer.
Valid concerns should always be addressed and if they are not addressed to your satisfaction then you should immediately sell your shares and wait for the market to stabilize then look to buy into companies that are better established.
Please allow me to give you some advice here.
1.Do not spend any of your valuable time on a wasted resource.
2.Use the collective expertise of this board to seek answers to your questions/concerns.
3. Use due diligence, study the market sector, check competitive companies in this and other financial markets, IPO, etc., research the BOD, pull up their respective history, what have they accomplished and for whom, did companies they were part of grow or fail? etc.
4 If you approach the board I suspect they will be very happy to assist you with specific concerns you may have.
