Mr. Goodman, the CEO of Elray stated that, "This is a valuable and positive move for Elray, the SimRacing product is Novel and therefore substantially different from anything else that is available to the public, it is certainly not obvious, meets a purpose and as such it should meet the criteria for being granted a Patent."
