My thoughts on the PACER filing yesterday ?
I believe it said a preliminary agreement was reached between counsel that may, or may not ,be approved after a Judge reviews it at a hearing.
And if not approved a status conference will be held between all parties and the Court afterward.
Fairly boilerplate and basic in nature.
Not much to think about since it gives zero inclination who could possibly benefit with a may, or may not, resolution to the matter at hand.
