GTGP is public, GTHI is private, and such companies are subject to the same reporting requirements as privately held companies! = no 8K needed!!
And this part pertains to Q & K reports:

The consolidated financial reports have to include both the assets, liabilities & activities etc of the private & public entity!
Its impossible to spin this otherwise!! ;-(
