Tuna, Tuna, Tuna. You are so wrong. The only thing Steeler and I did was be smart, it as mostly him, lol. But first we were stupid teenagers who thought they knew everything. We both worked our asses off since we were in our teens. We were bad, had kids too young and missed out on a lot of teenage life. I mean, come on, we have 4 kids between 21 and 16! So, instead of college, we went to work and started adult life. But in the process, we learned quickly that you need money, not love, to survive. I worked for my parents, who owned a small business, for 20 years. Steeler, when he was 16, went to worked in a welding shop building fitness equipment. That's where he learned all of his upholstery skills. He used to make the finished pads for the machines. So, he quit that job after 10 years and came to work for us at my parents company, which had grown significantly. In the process, Steeler broke his L5 vertebrae in his back, and we worked so hard that we pretty much had to retire when we did at the beginning of this year. We wrecked our bodies working in a warehouse for so long. Not many people I know retire at 36, ya know! But at the begining of our relationship, he read a lot and taught himself how to trade very young. He taught me everything I know. We made some smart investments, 15 years ago that are still paying off til this day! He read stock news to our kids everyday, instead of story books, lol. And, unfortunately, my beloved uncle passed away several years ago and left us a small inheritance. He worked for TI and Apple for many years, so we used the money he left us and bought Apple stock for our kids that they can't touch til they are 25.
So, to correct your statements, tuna, we are not very well off. We are very lucky! Steeler is very smart. I thank the lord everyday for giving me such an awesome husband. He made me be good and plan for our future at a young age. He found a way for us to save money, and teach our kids to do the same. And the rewards just happen to come early.
I think you are great Tuna, good trader, good person. Give the president a chance to prove that his ideas will work. I think he will surprise a lot of people. Everyone have a great night!
