I did a google on "the penny stock flash boys"
and did find
a craigslist post out of Boston declaring "We are the PSFB" that was expired...
several hits referring to Flash Boys by Michael Lewis...
and this interesting link that also says "Bank/Financial Institution" in the header:

Anyone, thoughts?
Looks like there is so much going on that ordinary retail investors who bought JBII have no clue about.
