Oriens Anticipates Unscheduled Update; Recent Events Push Timelines and Create New Opportunity
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jul 24, 2014) - Oriens Travel & Hotel Management Corp. (OTC Pink: OTHM) (PINKSHEETS: OTHM), the Next Generation International Hotel Brand Operator, operating its Hotel PURE brand, announced today that the Company's President, Mr. Ken Chua, will make an unscheduled update as recent events may have pushed up timelines -- creating new opportunities for OTHM.
The unscheduled update is anticipated to be presented by July 31(st) , allowing Company executives and consultants time to properly recap the week's endeavors.
"Our regularly scheduled update will continue as usual," stated Ken Chua, President of Oriens. "However, as the team and I are presently in Costa Rica, new developments may have created a number of exciting opportunities which could possibly warrant a more detailed conversation with the markets. We are certainly making significant strides in our business plan and want to share it with both current and future stakeholders."
Oriens has effectively committed to providing six scheduled updates yearly as part of an ongoing communications strategy. This to complement the quarterly and year-end disclosures. Management will also look to initiate its first shareholder conference call within the year as well as host a stockholder event to further shareholder relations.
