Lazarus, which already holds a 3,000,000 share investment at a price of $0.50, averaged up their position acquiring 199,632 shares at $1.19, 50,000 shares at $1.21, and 20,000 shares at $1.20 over a three day period from June 30, 2014, to July 2, 2014.
