To Luther if you are reading this please consider issuing an official Shareholder’s Update instead of a Q&A in Facebook as it will at least may begin to restore shareholder confidence.
The Update needs to address the following:
Current Issues
• Why the long silence?
• Why was the stock allowed to be traded only thru Scottrade with the global lock in place?
• What is Eddie Vasker’s status with the company – No BS just straight info.
If no longer affiliated with company update all areas where his name shows up – OTCMarkets.com, Wyoming Registration.
• Has DTCC notified the company that the lock will be lifted next week as you stated.
• Are there any plans to acquire a new ticker symbol and officially change company name?
• What is the “official” share structure and when will the various websites be updated – OTCMARKETS.com
[Company Status
• Is the $5 Million funding still available?
• Has any stock buyback been accomplished, if so how much? If not, will the buyback be done?
• Any plans for company officers to purchase common shares which would add confidence level?
• Will the company pursue to re-establish partnership with Kolbe, Vortex, & Brand C Farms?
• When will the company website be restored?
• What has the company been doing during the silence?
