I'd like to add one additional comment concerning your post.
Your comment, "With HC not issuing any licenses in the recent months, this tells me that they have other issues than simply too much work - something is going on behind the scenes to either rethink the process and how to ensure there are no more initial launch issues with newly licensed companies, or the MMAR/MMPR legal issues are presenting government delays".
If we were seeing any of the other companies receiving a license while we sit here waiting, I might be a little concerned or even pissed.... But we are NOT seeing that, as you have stated, HC has NOT issued a single license that anyone is aware of in months.
Wait for it, in my opinion we will see an announcement soon.
