The last time BCAP traded below $0.0006 was October 10, 2012. Since then 1B shares have exchanged hands at $0.0006 or higher. Remember that no-one is obligated to sell below their buying price, so we now see almost half the entire O/S trading hands in a matter of 20 trading days and closing at $0.0009.
You're right: It's a lot of buying.
If you're looking to do a flip, you'd need to buy at a minimum 1M @ $0.0007 and sell at $0.0009. That makes $200 gross, take off $20 for buy+sell commission ($180) + 35% of taxes and leaves you with net $120 on $700 capital-at-risk.
My guess is that BCAP is coiling up for a big bounce because so many people have acquired at $0.0008 and the real sellers have dried up. The flipping will be from higher price points. We may yet see even greater trading volumes and more frequently.
