There is a reason my posts are accurate. It's not guess work. What I am seeing on this board seems largely knee jerk reaction to the recent drop in PPS. This is unnecessary.
1. FITX will get licensed
2. PPS will hit approximately .79 within several months of being licensed
3. PPS is currently trading exactly where I forecast and exactly for reasons which I have previously explained
Consider and compare the following:
What is the average volume of FITX?
What is the average volume of currently MMPR licensed companies?
What is the share price (averaged) of currently licensed companies?
Why is averaged volume and averaged PPS important now and after license?
What are the BOD of FITX respective specialties?
Why would the BOD members join FITX?
What is the most likely course of action the BOD will take after license?
It is so obvious IMO, where this is going. I am long for a reason. I buy on dips for a reason. I do technical analysis for a reason.
Corporate Finance and Share Structure
The share structure as it was originally designed allowed the company to capitalize its operations via trading of shares and most importantly eliminated the need for joint ventures or similar structuring involving equity investors as a source of capitalization. Start up companies rarely qualify for debt financing because of personal and corporate asset requirements. This leaves as a best option, shares being sold into the market to finance the company. So how many shares are needed? When are the shares needed? To whom should shares be issued? For what reason and at what value should share be issued? Once shares have been issued (as restricted shares) then what exit strategy should the company follow? What are the options for share buyback? How can the shares that become unrestricted be entered into the market and when should they be entered as a corporate strategy?
If shareholders look at each of these questions and match them against previous and current corporate activity and market conditions the answers become relatively clear.
While it's entirely reasonable and prudent to ask questions in a professional manner; instigating personal attacks should be cause for immediate removal from this and any other board. There are business and professional people on this board that can help with explaining corporate finance, Why the BOD is important and a likely direction (future) of the company as well as many other areas relative to shareholders interests.
If members of this board have questions then they may want to consider utilizing the board resources so that bickering is minimized, otherwise those that could help will simply move on.
