"Every company dilutes in OTC, at least at some point because they need it in order to survive while they are growing, its not a secret. Perhaps, it doesn't mean they are SCAMS or PUMP and DUMPS... A fact is that he amount of shares that the OS increased is 25 million, which IMO is not that much compared to how other OTC companies with no products out they do. I understand your frustration with dilution, I am frustrated as well when I don't see a good reflection of the good news on the PPS, instead it has been declining. The reason the PPS has been declining it also attributed to people selling on the bs rumors that we all know are false.
People have agendas, look at the people who has been on this board for some time already, no one is getting a free lunch in here... Any of those people with constructive or destructive criticism are getting something from it, and at the end you should only trust your own dd. All I can say is that I haven't sold a single share, perhaps I been buying quite a lot since it dropped below 2 cents. I done quite a lot of dd on this company, and I know for sure the company is not in any trouble, the company is solid and nothing has changed but for the best. The company is growing and executing their business plan on time. There has been growing pains but trust me, or trust your self since you been here longer than most people, they always come through and now they know the importance of being on time.
There 2 emotions that controls the market dynamic, GREED and FEAR... Those emotions are triggered when reading these kind of boards, once in a while you find a gem of information that will allow you to make a better informed decision. For now, I am willing to put my hands on the fire for this company. Again, trust your own dd, the product is being sold at COSTCO, scamming businesses won't take it to COSTCO. MRIB is trading below 1.5 cents with a FLOAT below 600 Million. I know plenty of companies that never sold a single product with a much larger float trading above 5-10 cents, just on pure hype. Friday will be a very decisive day and those who sold on emotions will be very surprised.
