I'm glad the big discussion on iHub is about Eco,
Post# of 9964
But help me out here. And I've checked my information below for errors and I couldn't find any and after double/triple checking but, knowing me, I probably screwed up somewhere. Like on my math. Anyhow, the following below is mostly about Eco and according to the "Issuance History" of Marani here
"On November 7, 2013 the Company issued 30,000 free trading common shares at a cost of $0.001, per share, to Eco Investment Properties, a note holder, to repay a $30,000 note." In addition, "On March 5, 2014 the Company issued 27,642,000 free trading common shares to Eco Investment Properties, a note holder, to repay a $27,642 note." So that's a total of 57,642,000 shares to pay off $57,642 in debt. Nothing wrong with that. I guess. But to me it kinda sucks that Margit and family were so broke(?) after Marani 1.0 that they couldn't pay off $57,642 with cash. And remember too, that "On September 30, and October 1, 2013 the Company issued 6,500,000 of its preferred shares to is President, Margrit Eyraud and 500,000 of its preferred shares to is Secratry, Ara Zartarian, in return for their cancelling $760,000 and $188,000 of the Company's obligations to them, respectively." Perhaps it's just me how they give our shares as if they will never have any vlaue other than the price they gave them out. That is @.001. But, I know, it's that's the way it is. But, in other words, they gave themselves share which will be bought by future investors to pay off a debt (for salaries?) from your now broke company. (Marani 1.0). Okay, whatever, and I digress anyhow as this is about Eco.
THIS is what is a concern to me is that in just a matter of months those 57,642,000 shares to Eco (to pay off $57,642 in debt) were worth about $2,882,100 (@.05). Even today (@.0165, has it gone down more today?), those shares are worth some $951,093. Not a bad deal huh? I mean, it wasn't that many MONTH to see that kind of increase in pps. Which brings me to the subject of that property at 87 Fringe Tree, Irvine, CA 92606. I did a Google search ("87 Fringe Tree, Irvine, CA 92606" and one of the searches (I did more than a few because the results changed) took me to here:

With one of the results this:

Yes, I saw the house. Eco Investment Properties changed their address from the office in Tustin to that residence in Irvine when they issued their annual list in February 2014.
But according to the above they didn't BUY the house until April 30, 2014. Oh, btw, Eco, are a Secretary, a Treasurer, a President and a Director. So, in other words, THEY own this property. (I guess). But, apparently, it was out of a standard corporate suite into a great house.

Wonder how much it'll be worth soon? Hell, I can't even buy lunch with MY non-existance MRIB profits. lol!! (At least I don't have to buy a sense of humor.)
Okay, done. Spent enough time with this and it might not mean a darn thing. I Just felt compelled to do this. Besides, some win, some lose. And somes they win or lose BIG. And, okay, you can call me names and whatever cuz maybe I'm just letting my imagine get the best of me? (And, oh, all the speculation and crap above is MY OPINION! Anyhow, I can't wait to hear what Margrit will say about this Friday. Yeah, hopefully I'll feel better.
GLTAL!!
P.S. Lowered my pps to .0162 today with a 41k buy.
