In case anyone was curious, I did some research on the new address provided for Eco: 87 Fringe Tree, Irvine, CA.
It appears to be a residence, which made me a little nervous, but for a small company, it probably is someone just working out of a house. With that said, what made me a little happier, was that it's a rental property, and it's currently being rented.

Listing agent was a Karen Sunday, which led me to this...

So we're talking about a commercial real estate broker.
I think that's at least a good indication. Just my opinion.
