The big point is that there's no way BCAP can trade at $0.0001 because that's at cash (just for the RIGH debt).
I believe the 4 MM's I listed earlier got greedy. They opened massive short positions hoping to cover at $0.0001. Now they're stuck underwater, which is why all the iHub bashers who work for them keep showing up.
I don't know what would be better for shareholders: the loss of 2B shares in the event of a massive buyback, or a tiny O/S remaining thereafter.
