Well it will happen.. When is now strictly up to Jesse Lerman. TelVue has the money to declare a dividend and Jesse wants the money to grow the company. Good deal if grow the company means make a profit. If it does not then grow the company is for the birds.
When the other shoe drops in the form of a dividend we will talk about volume and share price.
