LANCASTER, N.Y., November 5, 2012 – The Board of Ecology and Environment, Inc., (E & E) (NASDAQ: EEI) has declared a six-month dividend of 24 cents per share. This represents the 52nd consecutive dividend since the Company became public in 1987 that has equaled or exceeded the previous dividend. The dividend is payable on or before December 20th to shareholders of both Class A and Class B common stock on record as of December 5th.  As of Friday’s closing price of $12.22 the stock is paying a dividend yield of 3.9%.  “We are pleased to continue our record of strong and consistent dividends for our shareholders,” said E & E president and CEO Kevin Neumaier.
